If you have a unit which you suspect is faulty, simply return it to us with the following information for the attention of the Service Centre:
• The company details including address for return, phone numbers, both for the general office and specific contact names.
• A detailed description of the suspected fault.
• The unit description, product type and serial number.
• Your reference number.
The Service Centre then evaluates the unit. If the unit is under warranty, it will be repaired and returned to you with detailed documentation normally within two weeks.
