• Your customer name, address, phone and fax numbers.
• A contact name.
• A full and accurate description of the goods required.
• The number of units required.
• Information pertaining to extraordinary delivery addresses or circumstances e.g. goods non-deliverable after a certain time.
We will supply you with a written quote, usually by fax, but this can be sent via post or email, as you require.
All correspondence regarding your quote should include the number "Our Ref."
When you decide to accept the quote, refer to this number on your purchase order and the quote status will be updated to an order and actioned immediately.
