Progressing A Repair

If you have sent us a repair or return and wish to progress your unit, contact the Service Centre, either by phone, fax or email. Please quote the number on the Service Centre Repair Report ("repair number"). When quoted this number will instantly show your customer details, and the history of the repair.

Generally, most queries can be dealt with at this level. If the information you require is not immediately available, we will take the details of your request and contact you as soon as we have an answer to your query.

For information of a more technical nature, the preferred method of response is by email, as this gives the Service Centre the option of supplying diagrams and digital images for your reference.
