If when you receive your goods they do not match what you had originally intended, or do not function in a way which you had expected, please let us know as soon as possible.

Should the misunderstanding be a technical one, we will refer you to our Technical Department for clarification of the functions you require.

If, however, this is due to confusion with part numbers, you may be subject to a restocking charge.
