If you have new or unused equipment, which is surplus stock, or you no longer require, please return it to us. When a satisfactory evaluation of the equipment has been completed and they are deemed reusable goods, your account will be credited for the amount of the goods minus a restocking charge of 35% of the original invoice value for the item/items returned.
