If upon receipt of your goods they are not what was specified on your order acknowledgement, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can establish how the mistake has arisen.

Please return the units to us and we will ship the correct goods to you at the earliest opportunity, making sure that a corrective measure is put onto our computer system. This will ensure that any mistake will not occur again.
