AGD are pleased to announce their online Energy and CO2 calculator. This will enable customers and local authorities to check the lifetime costs over a number of years based on installation of low power AGD equipment.
Try the Calculator Now Simply enter the product type and quantity with your known price per kWh to give a cost for total energy use and the associated CO2 emissions. Users can also enter the power rating of an alternative product power based on its Elexon code number to determine savings between similar products. The Elexon code 79 55 013 000 100 for the AGD946 nearside signal is broken down as follows - Digits 1 & 2 Always 79 Digits 3 & 4 Numeric code that represents the type of traffic signal equipment Digits 5,6 & 7 The nominal wattage (not the same as circuit watts) is the value to be used in the new calculator - in the case of the AGD946 this is 13watts Digits 8, 9 & 10 A numeric code that allows equipment with the same first seven digits but with a different circuit wattage to be identified Digits 11, 12 & 13 Always 100 The Elexon website provides an excel spreadsheet that shows the Unmetered Supplies Operational Charge Codes We recommend that you try our calculator to see how quickly and easily the power and CO2 benefits from deployment of the AGD product portfolio is available |
